Prestigious RED DOT AWARD HONOURABLE MENTION 2009 for the COMMA chair!
The COMMA chair designed by Renata Kalarus for the NOTI firm received an honourable mention in the most famous international competion for industrial design among 3231 products from 49 countries.
The competition is organized since 1955 at the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen. Every year international jury consisting of experts grants this award to products distinguished by an innovative form, ergonomics, functionality and the highest quality. RED DOT is considered worldwide to be one of the most prestigious awards in the field of industrial design.
COMMA, as the only Polish product, gained the recognition of the international jury in this edition and received the RED DOT AWARD HONOURABLE MENTION 2009.
Earlier this design received the main prize in the Polish edition of the HenkelArt Award 2007 competion.
