Do you know NOTIced yet? NOTIced is a new magazine which has been created with you in mind, so that you can get to know us better.
On the pages of the magazine, you will find interesting information about who we are, how we work, what inspires us, and how we interpret upcoming trends.
Why NOTIced? Because we closely observe the world around us, noticing changes and responding to them. Also, we want our readers to feel noticed – and we want to get to know them better. The things that inspire us set the course for our actions. Our furniture is always designed with users in mind, and closely tailored to their needs.
NOTIced made its début at the Warsaw Home Fair 2019. The beautiful cover designed especially for us by Beata Śliwińska “Barrakuz” attracted the attention of all visitors. The artist is fascinated by the technique of collage, and has taken it to a supreme level.
To match the intriguing cover, the first issue of NOTIced is also full of gripping content. There are stories about time: about the past and the future, which are closely linked to the here and now. Must-reads include a letter from the near future – year 2024 , a column by TrendNomad (Michał Mazur) and predictions for the future shared by Natalia Hatalska. Tomorrow begins today!
Another great piece is an interview with NOTI’s designer and artistic director. Piotr Kuchciński shares with the readers how he became a designer, and how the NOTI brand came about. Read the interview to learn about his path to the world of design, and sources of ideas for NOTI’s best-selling furniture collections.
What is supremely interesting? Not something that exists, but something that does not. This is the view held by Maja Ganszyniec, a designer and founder of Ganszyniec Studio. Check out the interview to find out what the design process involves, and what the designer’s favourite working place is. Maja Ganszyniec also talks about her collaboration with NOTI, and describes how SONA modular furniture and Meno panels were conceptualised.
NOTIced also has a piece about human-centered design (HCD), and how the concept is incorporated into contemporary office design. We also present examples of superbly designed offices featuring NOTI’s furniture.
We visit Poznań Maciej Mańkowski, a renowned photographer based in Poznań, who shares interesting insights about his creative endeavours, objects, and his best way not to be bored. What piece of NOTI’s furniture accompanies him every day in his studio? Flip through the magazine to find out!
“Muza” cinema in Poznań is over a hundred years old, but still looks great! This can be attributed in no small part to the recent top-to-bottom renovation. Joanna Piotrowiak, the cinema’s manager, tells NOTIced how the restoration proceeded, but also how the place operates, what it offers, and why it is a permanent fixture on the city’s cultural scene.
If you are an interior designer, you will be pleased to know that our products are already available in the pCon libraries. Browse the magazine for more information.
We are very excited to present NOTIced to you. We hope that the première issue of our magazine will spark your interest and inspire you.
