CMT Advisory, a consulting firm specializing in transactional and economic advisory services, chose interiors that reflect its professionalism and dynamic approach. The primary goal of the project was to create a space that supports employees in their daily tasks while providing a positive experience through coherent and harmonious design.

The interiors combine minimalist aesthetics with a warm, intimate atmosphere that encourages focus, collaboration, and rejuvenation. Architects from 3XA employed natural materials and a subdued color palette dominated by warm beiges, accented with subtle touches of blue. The rawness of steel is balanced by soft fabrics, wood, and gentle lighting, creating an environment full of equilibrium and calm.

The furnishings include Noti pieces such as the Hug Me sofa, Mishell and Paxt chairs, and Vivido totems. Their shapes and finishes seamlessly integrate with the architectural concept, enhancing the overall coherence of the space.

The CMT Advisory office is a place where aesthetics meet ergonomics. The intimate ambiance, designed to foster concentration and teamwork, was achieved through thoughtful design decisions. It is a space created with people in mind—modern, yet inviting and comfortable.
